Angel Tree Nomination Form

Every year we like to help out families in our church and in our community. So, if you know of a family who needs help buying gifts for their immediate family, our church body would love to help. (If you are a family in need, this is strictly confidential.) 

Betsy Schumacher will be gathering the information on this form. Give Betsy a "wish list" for each person (keeping in mind that the person who takes the angel from the tree will probably spend about $25-$50 on that angel). Betsy will then print this information on paper angels and place them on the Christmas Angel Tree at church. Someone from the congregation will choose an angel, buy whatever gifts they choose from the list, and put the gifts (unwrapped) in a gift bag or opened wrapped box. The gifts will be brought to the church and placed under the Angel Tree by December 21st. We ask that the person who turned in the names to Betsy be responsible to pick up and distribute the gifts to the head of that household. For the most part, we like to buy gifts for children, but if anyone knows of adults whom you would like to see blessed, that is also an option. 

The angels need to be on the tree no later than November 30th. This will ensure that the giver has adequate time to buy the gifts. Therefore, Betsy needs the names and lists no later than Friday, November 28th. 

*Please bear in mind that in years past we have been presented with needs after the designated date which makes it difficult for us to fulfill all the needs. Therefore, we are asking that the "cut-off" date be regarded. Any needs presented after that date will be placed on a list for "Gift Cards" and fulfilled as long as gift cards last.
